Welcome to the getting started page, here we detail how the Athena implementation process works from start to finish.
Choosing the right modules
Athena is a modular system including the planner, skills management, timesheets, employee app and strategic workforce planning modules. The first conversation explores the specific requirements for each operations team and which modules are required. This includes analysing operational processes and current IT infrastructure to make sure you will get the most out of Athena.
Proposal and customisation
Every operation is slightly different. It is important for us to truly understand workflows and ensure that Athena is delivering the best possible user experience for seamless scheduling. During this phase we will work with operations teams to understand the operational integrations required, and how digitalisation can make scheduling easy.
Implementation
Dependant on the complexity of contracts, module requirements and integration requirements, implementation can take from 1 month to 3 months. Implementation is relatively resource light, but we will need some time with operations and IT teams. This can be from between 10-40 hours during the period.
Training and Support
Ensemble offer both in person and online training and support to scheduling teams and employees alongside product walkthroughs and tutorials. You will receive a dedicated Ensemble team member who you can reach for any questions and who will help ensure you are getting the most out of Athena.
